Depth oriented, somatic therapy
CTISAB offers a unique combination of therapeutic methods to address both complex, developmental trauma and everyday challenges. Our multidisciplinary approach integrates several evidence-based methods that work simultaneously with thoughts, bodily (somatic) experiences, and subconscious patterns.
Benefits of Our Multidisciplinary Method:
Efficiency in Time and Results
While traditional therapy can take months or years to create deep change, our integrated method often shows significant results after just a few sessions, making therapy accessible even for those with busy lives.
A Holistic Perspective on Healing
Our approach combines focus on the present, understanding of survival strategies, integration of neurological and emotional aspects, and direct pathways to subconscious resources and patterns. This creates concrete changes in automatic reactions while simultaneously developing deeper understanding.
Balance Between Depth and Practical Application
We balance understanding of underlying causes with concrete tools for everyday life, while building internal resources for long-term resilience.
We offer:
Tailored programs based on evidence-based therapy forms and alternative, somatic methods
Digital or in-person meetings in Östermalm
Sessions in Swedish / Sessions in English
With us, you'll encounter therapeutic tools that go beyond conversation and reach the deeper layers of consciousness where real change can occur. We are trained in therapeutic processes with well-documented states of focused relaxation where your consciousness becomes more receptive to positive change - in the relationship with yourself and other people.
For those who have already tried conventional methods without satisfactory results, we offer an alternative path forward. Our clients testify to breakthroughs in areas such as stress management, sleep problems, pain relief, relationship issues, and personal and spiritual development, where other methods have only scratched the surface.
We don't view our work as a universal solution, but rather as a powerful complement that can activate your inherent ability for healing and transformation. An investment in your wellbeing whose value is immeasurable.
Book a personal conversation where we explore how we can be the key to the change you seek.
When conventional therapy isn’t the right path.
